The Amber beads used to craft these earrings are from a strand I purchased in 1992 from African traders at an International Bead Trade show in Indiana.  They have never been worn and have been stored in a safe for many years.  I recently decided to use the beads to make earrings and have carefully matched the color and sizes for each pair.  I will be showing each pair one at a time

 Delight your senses with the warm hues of the highest quality genuine amber silver jewelry handcrafted using high quality Baltic Amber with natural inclusions.  Each bead was hand picked and matched closely, thus each is one-of-kind making these earrings very attractive and elaborate. Black inclusions can be decayed botanical debris, wood, cones, needles,  or bark.

• Genuine Baltic Amber Polished nuggets
• sterling plated 4mm daisy spacer beads
• Measure 1" Long (not measuring earwires) *  earwires add 1/2" length
• sterling plated french hook earwires   

      Care of your Amber Jewelry:  Because of the softness of amber, its brittleness, and its susceptibility to attack by various chemicals and oxidation, Amber beads should not be stored where they will rub against metal or other pieces of jewelry. Avoid placing amber jewelry pieces in any strong solutions and do not allow amber to come in contact with perfume or hair spray. Commercial jewelry cleaning solutions should not be used on amber. It is a good idea to remove amber jewelry while cooking to avoid excessive heat. Never use hot water for cleaning amber.
